Our house is situated in a central, very sunny location - with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
Our flat is located only 5 minutes away from the centre of Kaprun.
Directly next to our house is a bus stop (only 3 minutes walk) for the ski bus in winter and for the hiking bus in summer.
